01 — Our History

"Global innovation can be born in the township —
and still remain rooted in community needs."

Founded in 2021 in Gamalakhe, Port Shepstone, Sky Drop began with a dream: turn air into clean, safe drinking water. Today we produce up to 1,500 litres of water from air every day — building solar-powered, prepaid systems that respond directly to water scarcity, loadshedding, and affordability.
